Last Updated: June 18, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 99¢ VPN website (99centvpn.com) and VPN service (collectively the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
99¢ VPN provides a WireGuard-based VPN (Virtual Private Network) service. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with two plan tiers:
- Basic: 1 device, up to 3 server locations, $11.88/year ($0.99/month)
- Premium: 5 devices, up to 10 server locations, $47.88/year ($3.99/month)
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue plans, pricing, server locations, and features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting your subscription.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment and Billing
Our pricing is as displayed on the checkout page. Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. By subscribing, you agree:
- All fees are billed annually in advance
- Prices are in US Dollars (USD)
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date
If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service after reasonable notice.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase:
- Contact us at [email protected] to request a refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days
After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Any illegal activity under applicable laws
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Harassment, threats, or abuse of others
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) through our VPN exit points
- Network attacks including DDoS, port scanning, or intrusion attempts
- Any activity that causes excessive or disproportionate server load
- Circumventing device or connection limits through unauthorized means
We reserve the right to investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be interrupted for:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Emergency maintenance or security updates
- Factors beyond our reasonable control (network attacks, hosting provider outages, force majeure)
We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 99¢ VPN, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your VPN configurations will be revoked
- Your right to access the Service ends immediately
- Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive (including Limitation of Liability and Indemnification)
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
